It is with great sadness the family announces the unexpected
passing by accident of Monique Marie Daigle of Saint John, wife
of the late Vincent Joseph Daigle, which occurred on Sunday,
October 30, 2011. Born in Acadieville, NB on October 29, 1953,
she was a daughter of the late Léo and Thérèse (Doiron) Richard.
Monique will always be remembered as a giving, caring and selfless
person who was always there for her family and friends.
She is
survived by her daughter, Chantal (Derrick) Brien of Saint John;
son, Denis Chavarie of Ottawa; seven grandchildren, Nick Brien,
Dillon Beechin, Neaveh Beechin, Emily Chavarie, Alexander
Chavarie, Michelle Chavarie and David Chavarie; seven siblings,
Robert (Ginette) Richard of Ottawa, Léo-Paul (Mary) Richard of
Saint John, Camille (Susan) Richard of Saint John, Aline
(Joanne) McGraw of Australia, Edgar (Jeanette) Richard of
Memramcook, Bella (Yvon) Arsenault of Saint John and Denise
(Paul) Babin of Saint John; mother-in-law, Rita Daigle of
Miramichi; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Predeceased by parents, sister, Cécile Richard; granddaughter,
Catherine Brien.
Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row,
Saint John with visiting on Thursday, November 3, 2011
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Visiting will also be held in
Acadieville,

time of service. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at
11:00 am, Immaculée – Conception Roman Catholic Church,
Acadieville, NB. Interment in Acadieville Cemetery. For

would be appreciated by the family.
